Alpha Xi Delta Name Tags

Each year we are blessed to produce sorority recruitment name tags for Alpha Xi Delta. Shown are a variety of designs that we have produced for various chapters. However, each design is fully customizable and should only be used as a guide for making your name badge selection. Multiple colors, sizes, and type-style choices are available for most designs. If you do not find a badge you prefer, simply call or email us with your design idea and we will develop a name tag design especially for you.

Pricing includes:

• Metal or Plastic material – same cost
• Any number of lines of imprinting, so if you have officers’ titles you need on the badges there is not an extra charge
• Any size name tag. Our stock sizes go from 1” x 3” to 2” x 3.5”
• Rush service. If you need your badges in a hurry, not a problem. The only additional fee you will pay is for the expedited shipping. We never charge a rush fee to provide good service.
• Multiple color designs or engraving – all the same cost

In other words, we do not have any hidden fees. The only thing that is additional is if you want a custom shaped badge and those tend to run around $1 more per tag.

Most chapters prefer the magnetic backing for their name tags. The magnetic backing attaches through the clothing instead of punching a hole in the garment like a pin attachment. The magnetic backing is $1 additional per tag however most girls prefer this type of backing.

We keep ordering simple and easy. The easiest way to order is by phone or email. Just let us know what you are looking for in the design, and we will send you various proofs from which to choose. For those of you who enjoy forms you may order online, or fill out our printable ordered form. Once we receive your information we then email you various proofs to choose your design. At this point you may modify the design any way you like. Once we have a completed design approved, a final proof of all the names is sent for your approval. This insures that all the badges you receive are correct.

Once approved we produce and ship your badges. Normal production time is 2-3 days however the closer we inch to your recruitment, then production time generally goes to 7 days. But no worries, simply tell us when you need your badges and we will make it happen.

Once your order is complete we keep your design and information on file so reorders from year to year are simple. As a bonus to reward you we keep your pricing at the discount level you received, regardless of the quantity ordered, on all future orders. Do you love us yet?
