Yes, there are others that produce this type badge, but they are not officially licensed. Each design must be approved according to the standards set out by the national office to insure uniformity in branding for the organization. All name tag and badge design that you view have been approved by Greek Licensing and conform to all guidelines.

All designs that you view are examples of how these name tags may be printed. However, we have the ability to change sizes, type-styles, colors, number of lines of imprinting and any other attribute to develop a badge that suits your needs.

We keep the pricing for sorority name tags simple and easy.

All basic name tags are priced the same and include the following:

• Metal or Plastic material
• Any name tag color
• Engraved or imprinted designs in full color
• Any size badges. Our standard sizes are 1”x3” up to 2” x 3.5”
• Any number of lines of imprinting. If you need additional lines other than the name, say for officer positions, no additional cost
• Rush service, never a rush fee for great service, however expedited shipping does add to the cost.

The only additional cost is for special shapes, such as our cutout Greek Letter Badges, or custom shaped designs. Usually these run $1 additional per badge. As a bonus for ordering from us we keep your volume discount price the same on all future orders after your initial order, regardless of the quantity ordered. This saves you a great deal of money on future orders.

The easiest way to order is by email or phone. Contact us and let us know what you are looking for and we will put together proofs of various styles and send them to you for your approval. Once you decide on a badge design we send you a proof of all the badges to ensure that every tag you receive is imprinted properly. Once you approve we produce and ship the tags. If you want to order online we do provide the form which is located on the right side of this page. Make sure you attach any images you want on the tags as well as the roster of the girl’s names and positions. Also, there is a place for any notes you want to add concerning your order.

Most chapters choose to go with the magnetic backing on their recruitment name tags. This type fastener is $1 additional per badge. The pin backing is the standard backing for the badges, however when you attach them they do punch a hole in your clothing.

Production time is normally 2 – 3 days however the closer we inch towards bid day, production time does extend to 7 – 10 days. But no worries, simply tell us when you need the badges and we will make it happen.
