Each design has been officially approved by your national office for use. However, any badge that you see may be altered in a variety of methods. The only thing we are not allowed to alter are the crest and emblems that are licensed. The designs are really just a starting point to gather ideas for your final product. The following are a few of the items open for change:

• Type material – you may choose metal or plastic
• Imprinting – single color or full color designs
• Layout options – any number of lines of imprinting, position of crest, additional text and Greek letters
• Type-styles – We have a large variety of type-styles available for use
• Background colors – too many colors to choose from to list, let us know what you need and we will print it

To begin the process simply let us know what you are wanting in a design. You may choose one we have shown, or provide directions for designing a new layout. Once you provide that information, we design a few proofs and send them for your review. Then after you have a final decision on the design, we send you a proof of all the badges for your final approval. This ensures that every badge you receive is perfect.

Ordering is simple and easy. The easiest way to order is to contact us by email or phone. This allows you to discuss your specific needs for your badges. We also provide an online order form for those of you who prefer that method. Reorders are even simpler than initial orders. We retain all artwork and job specifics on file so your badge orders year to year are exactly the same. Production time is normally 2 to 3 days however from July thru September this stretches to 7 days. But do not worry, if you need your badges on a specific day we will make that happen. Prices include the pin backing on the tags. Most chapters prefer to use the magnetic backing which is $1 more per tag.

Like ordering we keep pricing simple and easy – life is already complicated enough. Each badge includes the following and are all the same price:

• Metal or plastic tag material
• Any size badge – Our standard sizes are 1” x 3” up to 2” x 3.5”
• Any number of lines of imprinting – so additional lines for officer positions are no extra
• Any color imprinting – one color or 10 colors – all the same price
• Rush production – we never charge a rush fee for great service
